Here you can select our various locations around Rhenus. You can choose between countries, the corresponding locations, business areas, as well as locations in your surrounding area.

Delivery to Private Person

General conditions

  • The delivery will take place at the kerbside only.
  • As soon as your shipment arrives in the distribution terminal, you will receive a phone call in order to agree on a fixed delivery day.
  • Deliveries are completed Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 15:00 hours.
  • We ask for your understanding that it is not possible to determine a time window for the delivery, or to restrict it to morning or afternoon.
  • Please make sure that someone is present at the delivery place as there is no possibility for the driver to hand over the shipment to a neighbor or to leave it at your property.
  • Please be aware that our drivers cannot carry the shipment to the point of usage and/or install the product at your premises or garden.
  • Furthermore, we cannot take care of replaced items or packaging to be returned.

My shipment was not delivered

At first, we recommend to check the status of your shipment on the Track & Trace.

If the status of your shipment hasn’t changed for a couple of days, it could have different reasons (wrong address on shipment, shipment was damaged and had to be packed newly, etc.).

In this cases please contact the consignor of you shipment.

How can I change the agreed delivery date?

You can change the agreed delivery date when the delivering terminal calls you regarding the phone advice.

Can the shipment be delivered to my neighbor?

You can change the agreed delivery when the delivering terminal calls you regarding the phone advice.

Can the shipment be delivered from the kerbside to the final point of usage?

Due to our delivery conditions and liability reasons it is not possible to deliver the shipment to the final point of use, but we ensure the safe transport to kerbside.

What can I do if there are articles missing?

Please contact the consignor, you have ordered your shipment.

Can Rhenus install my delivered technical devices?

We do not offer installation services.

Can Rhenus dispose my residual waste?

We can’t dispose your residual waste, as we don’t offer this service.

Can I exchange my old device to the new delivered device?

We don’t offer a disposing service for old devices. As a result we can’t exchange the new against the old devices.

How do I report a technical problem with the website?
